What's Your Stripper Song? Mine is Scary...:(

Your Stripper Song Is

Closer by Nine Inch Nails

"You let me violate you, you let me desecrate you
You let me penetrate you, you let me complicate you
Help me I broke apart my insides, help me I?ve got no
Soul to tell"

When you dance, it's a little scary - and a lot sexy.

Allegra's Seduction: A vampiric version of the classic story of Cinderella and her Prince Charming...

The Pink Posse (4/5)

Review: A 4 Pink Hats Off Salute to Monica M. Martin. A vampiric version of the classic story of Cinderella and her Prince Charming this story was a really great read.

While I would have liked to see a bit more emotional depth in the characters and a clearer picture of how their history contributed to their current state, it was nevertheless a book I had a hard time putting down.

I truly appreciated her dedication to accuracy. This lady definitely did her research on the correct terminology for the time period.

The heat in these pages was enough to steam up my glasses. I recommend this book as an excellent light read, a great addition to any e-Library. Reviewed by: J.D.

May Reviews

****EXCELLENT (4/5)
Ms. Martin has penned a detailed vision of historic Venetian Italy. It is filled with both the darkness that you would expect from this type of vampire story, as well as the passion and love necessary for an erotic romance. I was favorably impressed with the way the author made the vampire world come to life. The love scenes are beautifully written, and you can taste the passion between the two.

Warning: There is graphic violence and sex, with hints of M/M, F/F, BDSM, and menage a trois.

Coffee Time Romance (3/5)

Rating 3/5 The love story of Allegra and Gabriele is very emotional and powerful. This story is well written and the characters were, for the most part, real to me. There were times the vampires seemed to follow the standard idea of what a vampire is too closely. I would have liked to see a bit more world building here, but beyond that this is a story I enjoyed. I would recommend it to anyone who likes dark vampire romance.

JERR Gives Allegra's Seduction: Immortality's Caress 1~ 4 stars & the big O

Genre: Romance/Vampire/ Series
ISBN: 1-55410-617-6

Rating: 4/5 Stars
Heat level: O (orgasmic)

Allegra Montague, along with her two best friends Eloise and Sophia, are invited to the villa of Lord and Lady Lamberti for a weekend jaunt. Little do these ladies realize what they’re about to encounter before succumbing to the temptations around them. They will be challenged for Count del Fra’s affections so that this elder may select his bride, and in the process find themselves amongst a group of decadent vampires. Gabriele seems taken by Allegra’s seductive allure, but what of her equally delicious friends Eloise and Sophia?

Set in the lush and opulent 1592 Venice, Allegra’s Seduction is the first book in the Immortality’s Caress series by Ms. Martin that is well worth investing for a “meaty” and satisfying read. This 200 plus page story is rich in detail with aspects of intrigue, romance, and a whole lot of naughtiness that is sure to excite your senses with some really stirring sex scenes. There are some interesting aspects of Ms. Martin’s vampires, or rather kindred as they’re referred to. They have both strength and weaknesses making them compelling creatures. Gabriele, our 430 year old vampire is a romantic, thoughtful, forceful and compassionate man…and a right match for our heroine. Allegra seems unsure of herself at first, despite the fact that she’s a worldly woman of her times. The setting, story, characters and dialogue are well developed, and Ms. Martin’s research shines with facts interspersed throughout, lending an authentic feel to this book. Gabriele’s “maker”, Marcus, and his Queen Claudia also play an interesting role in this story. The length also allows the author to develop the main characters and set the scene for Eloise’s upcoming story without losing any momentum. Just be aware there are brief M/M, F/F, light bondage scenes, some graphic violence and ménage, but these don’t detract from the story.
